How The Financing Process Works

Complete App

Select Your Property

Pick a property to buy on the resale market. We work with the best, licensed and highly skilled resellers across the country. Once you have a contract accepted, we will work directly with your reseller or agent and title company to get all the loan documents prepared quickly and accurately.

Sign

After ROFR (right of first refusal) is waived, you will receive your closing package from your title company. Included in this package will be your Mortgage and Loan Documents as we work directly with your title company on your behalf to supply the funds. Sign and have notarized! Then return originals to the title company.

Complete Closing

Once the title company has all signed, notarized originals back they notify us, and we electronically wire the funds the very same day so you can close quickly and easily!
